I love shopping every fall the Nordstrom Anniversary Sale. This year, part of me wasn’t as excited about, but part of me was pumped as it seemed like the most normal thing all year! As I started to look through the preview, I got excited at how many amazing items were being offered at such affordable prices. Whatever your situation or thoughts, I wanted to share my favorite items from the sale in a shopping guide:

How to Shop the Sale
Before we jump into my favorite items from the sale, I first wanted to share how to shop the sale. From now until the end of August when the sale closes you can begin to take advantage of the sale. A couple helpful reminders for the sale.
One of the features I love about the Nordstrom website is you can create wishlists of items you want to buy in the size and color of your choice. The anniversary sale is no exception. You can add the items you want to buy and when your access to the sale becomes open, simply add your favorites to your cart to check out. It is so easy and saves time having to browse & find all your favorites when you are able to shop.
Another thing to be aware of is things sell out quickly with the sale. So if you really love an item, buy it as soon as you can! Nordstrom has an amazing return policy so you can always try it on and return it if you don’t love it. Also, if you find your size/color are sold out already, check back frequently as they do restock items throughout the sale. Last year, I almost didn’t buy my favorite Vince Leather Jacket (that I featured in my Fall Capsule Wardrobe last year) as it sold out so quickly. But they restocked during the sale and I was able to buy it after all!
Finally, know your access date. Take advantage of the sale when you first get access to avoid missing out on your favorite items altogether:
Early Access
If you are a Nordy Club member with status, based on your tier, you are given first access to shop the sale.
- Icon Status: August 4th
- Ambassador Status: August 7th
- Influencer Status: August 10th
- All Cardmembers: August 13th
Now, if you don’t have status, you can still preview the sale items (and add them to your wishlist), but you aren’t able to shop the sale until Public Access opens.
Public Access
Everyone (regardless if you are a Nordy Club member or not) can shop beginning August 19th – August 31st.
