3 Ways to Wear Fall Denim
Whether you are working from home or just looking for casual everyday looks, below are my favorite 3 ways to wear fall denim this season including staples with wide leg jeans, denim jacket & chambray dresses:
1 | Wide Leg Jeans
Jumping on the bandwagon here … nothing is more perfect for lounging at home than wide leg jeans! These comfortable jeans are perfect for lazy days at home while still feeling totally put together! There are so many great options this fall … from J.Crew Mercantile – under $40 to Frame (love the hem detailing!) if you are looking for a splurge.
I love pairing my wide leg jeans with a simple white tee and adding layering pieces like this Leith Sweater. This fall, I absolutely adore all the long sweaters that are essentially robes. They look amazing and are so comfortable to wear around the house or out for social distanced get-togethers!
2 |Denim Jacket
Nothing is more classic for fall than a denim jacket! This is one of my favorite ways to wear denim and totally works season after season! I’ve had my Madewell Jacket for years and it has stood the test of time. It adds a layer of warmth as the temperatures get cooler and looks great working from home on zoom calls.
This fall, I love pairing my Madewell Denim Jacket layered with a tie neck sweater (like this Boden one) or casual sweatshirt (like this Barefoot Dreams one) underneath. Perfect for cooler days, it creates a great casual look.
3 | Chambray Dress
Finally, another great way to wear fall denim is a chambray dress! These are great transitional pieces from late summer into fall. They are easy to throw on and warm enough for fall days.
I love pairing mine with a pop of cool (whether that’s a maroon belt or these Madewell leopard mules) that is perfect for heading into fall.

Thanks!! They are so perfect for fall!
A chambray dress is of one of my favorites. Although somewhat hard to find, definitely will add more in my wardrobe next year!
