The Spring season is all about breaking out of the cold winter & is the perfect time for new beginnings. I love to try new styles this time of the year. This Easter will be no exception. It’s the perfect occasion to bring out pastels & get a little fancy for the day! So to answer the question what to wear for Easter …

What to Wear for Easter …

Traditionally for Easter I wear a pastel dress (like the one I wore in Portland). However, this year, I decided to mix it up a bit. I decided to wear this fun pastel blue Nordstrom Signature striped midi skirt (old, similar BCBGeneration Midi Wrap Skirt and Jill Jill Stuart Ruffled Midi Skirt). With so many fun pastel midi skirts this season, I thought it was the perfect break from tradition! Skirts make it easy to mix & match for different looks. They can look fancy with the proper tops. Or you can dress them down to wear every-day. They are a great item for the entire spring. But also perfect to break my traditionally Easter dress routine!

I paired it with a TopShop Wrap Peplum Blouse (old, similar Madewell Wrap Peplum Blouse and Cupcakes & Cashmere’s fun printed Diego Wrap Blouse) to dress it up. I love the pale blue with crisp white. It is a perfect pairing for Easter or any really spring event!

How to complete the Easter look …

The complete the look, I plan to wear my Paul Green Morea lace up sandals (similar less expensive Kenneth Cole Valerie Sandals and Rampage Santini Sandals currently less than $50!). These sandals look great with everything! I love how they dress up this outfit. However, they also look great for everyday wear (similar to this everyday spring outfit I wore to explore the Cincinnati Parks!). I also plan to wear my pastel blue Tory Burch Sunglasses (old, similar Saint Laurent Kate sunglasses (on sale!), Ray Bans 56mm sunglasses and DKNY Iridium square sunglasses). This will bring the look together.
